Please remember

Allow 24 hours for cancellations to avoid charges. For spa packages, allow 48 hours to avoid charges. We regret that 50% of the apointment price will be charged on missed or cancelled appointments without sufficient notice.

Please bear in mind that late arrival may necessitate the shortening or rescheduling of your appointment.

To ensure that we keep a relaxed and nurturing environment, we ask that cell phones be turned off in the Spa area.

For your enjoyment and the relaxation of others, we ask that you not bring children to appointments in the Spa area unless they are receiving treatment.

Gratuities have not been included in our prices.
